What to do with unsolicited seeds from China?

Adam Curtis Police Press Releases, Public Affairs Press Releases

Over the past few days the Sierra Vista Police Department has received several calls regarding seeds coming in the mail from China. The big question is what to do with them.

A press release from the Arizona Department of Agriculture advises, “Do not discard the unsolicited seeds from China…send or drop off the packages to one of the following locations.” The disposal locations are listed at the end of this press release.

To provide local residents a more convenient option, the Sierra Vista Police Department will also accept seed packages and ensure they reach one of the disposal locations. Please contact the department by calling (520) 803-3550 or drop the seeds off at the department, located at 911 N. Coronado Dr.
