The Sierra Vista Arts and Humanities Commission and Cochise College are seeking proposals from individuals to host activities for children in kindergarten through eighth grade at the upcoming Youth Arts Festival in February.

The Youth Arts Festival will be held on Saturday, Feb. 23, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sierra Vista campus of Cochise College. This free festival engages children in hands-on art-based activities and performances the whole family can enjoy.

Activities can focus on a variety of different arts to include 3D art, 2D art, theater, music, dance, creative writing, and crafts. Individuals selected to host activities will be provided with basic supplies, lunch, and a $50 stipend. Volunteers will be available to assist with activities. Anyone interested in being a volunteer can email Virginia Thompson at thompsonpfauv@nullcochise.edu.

Proposals are due by Friday, Dec. 31, and forms can be downloaded by clicking here.
