The City of Sierra Vista has partnered with  OpenGov Procurement, a web-based e-procurement system that provides prospective bidders with automatic notifications of new bids, selection of commodities so bidders receive notices only for the categories they’re interested in, and allows submission of bids electronically.  All of this is provided at no charge. 

The first step is to register as a bidder.   Register and then follow the steps below to assist in successfully submitting a bid or proposal to the City of Sierra Vista.  All current and future vendors should register and maintain an updated profile on the site.  The site allows you to choose the products/services in which you have an interest.  Through this registration, you will receive automatic notifications of bid or quote opportunities.
