All new commercial building is permitted through the City of Sierra Vista Community Development Division. This includes the permitting of fire alarm and fire sprinkler system upgrades, repairs or modifications.  Please start with the CitizenServe Portal to start the permitting process.

On CitizenServe, you may apply for, track, and research building permit applications within Sierra Vista online. Users are required to register for an account before using CitizenServe. If you have an existing Sierra Vista Business License, you already have a CitizenServe account. On the login screen, you may use the email address associated with your Business License as the login username and select the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" button. Do be aware that CitizenServe login credentials for Cochise County cannot be used to login to the Sierra Vista platform.
