The City presents the FY 2025-26 Budget Book in the amount of $129,244,638. This represents a decrease of 25% from the prior year's budget, which is largely due to a reduction in potential grant dollars being sought. Under Arizona law, the City must include the value of all potential grants in the budget so the funds may be spent if the grant applications are successful. The current year budget still includes $29.6 million in potential grants, with $5.6 million predominately focused on improving roadway infrastructure.
