Code Enforcement officers respond to complaints, inspect sites, issue citations, and perform other code compliance efforts. Common code violations include overgrowth, litter and debris, junk vehicles, illegal dumping, blocked sidewalks (by a vehicle, basketball hoop, etc.), and working without a permit.

You can report a suspected code violation by calling (520) 417-4413. All complaints are considered confidential, and you may report suspected violations anonymously.

Code Enforcement cases may also be submitted through the City's CitizenServe platform. Users are required to register for an account before using CitizenServe.

If you have an existing Sierra Vista Business License, you already have a CitizenServe account. On the login screen, you may use the email address associated with your Business License as the login username and select the "FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD" button.
