Attachments must be in PDF format with relevant file names.

• SF1444 - Request for Additional Classification and Wage Rate to be submitted before construction begins. This is only required if the labor to be performed does not match an existing classification on the project Wage Determination.
• Contract Schedule - Timeline of construction to be provided by general contractor.
