The City of Sierra Vista is introducing a new, user-friendly online records request portal designed to make requesting police records easier, faster, and more transparent for the community.
Beginning Jan. 1, 2026, all public records requests—including police reports, accident reports, and other commonly requested records—must be submitted through the new online portal.
The new system allows community members to:
- Submit records requests online at any time.
- Track the status of their request from start to finish.
- Ensure requests are automatically routed to the appropriate records clerk, helping streamline processing and reducing delays.
