Recovery for Athletes Class

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until February 27, 2020
Join Coach Joe Swift of G.R.I.T. Athletics as he incorporates water dynamic drills to reduce soreness and aid in injury prevention. These drills will help you bounce back quicker after games and training. This is a type of rest that will help your body heal in ways that it won’t when you spend your off day doing as little as possible.
The class meets on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at The Cove. A $50 per person fee covers all four 1 hour classes in a session, while a $15 per person fee covers a single class. Water shoes are recommended.
