An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday and Friday, repeating until October 4, 2021
This water-walking workout lets the water relax your tense muscles as you work your joints to increase their range of motion and strength. Be prepared for improvements in balance, strength, and energy levels in a warm and relaxing environment. This is a gentle approach for first time Water Exercisers or those who may be recovering from health issues, injury, or surgery.

Class fee is per person, per 8 class session.

Payment must be made at the time of registration; drop-in single visits are no longer available.
Registrations need to be made each month as the class schedule and rosters reset.
Registration deadline is 3 days prior to the class start date.
Class space is limited.
