Come try the benefits of deep-water workouts while being buoyant and upright. Speed and acceleration of movement through the water improves the cardiovascular system. The use of resistive equipment for strengthening and toning of muscles is used. This is a totally enjoyable and effective workout to add to your day.

Visits are no longer transferable from class to class or month to month. Visits will start at the beginning of each month and finish at the end of each month. Class size is limited to fifteen participants. Instructors are subject to change and may be substituted occasionally.
Participants are not allowed to enter the water before the start of their class.
