T’ai Chi Chih is a set of movements completely focused on the development of an intrinsic energy called Chi. It’s easy to learn and usually takes about 2 months (or eight classes) to learn. T’ai Chi Chih consists of 19 movements and 1 pose. T’ai Chi Chih does not require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination. Movements may be done standing or sitting. No special clothing or equipment is required. The class is taught by certified T’ai Chi Chih instructor, Colleen Knight and benefits may include peace of mind, improved health, and simple joy. Wear comfortable clothing and bring water. $80 per person, per eight, week session.
