City offers improved experience for online payments

Customers making online payments to the City for services like sewer, refuse, and building permits will enjoy an improved interface with some convenient new features effective Wednesday, June 2.

Starting Wednesday, customers making payments through the City’s Citizen Self Service portal will be able to see real time payment processing to view accurate account balances immediately. Customers will also be able to schedule payments for a future date and set up recurring payments that will be processed automatically on the bill due date.

The changes will affect online payments for general billing, refuse and sewer service, business licenses, and permits. Online payments for leisure programs are processed through a separate platform.
