The following includes examples of projects that require a building permit. If you are unsure if your project requires a permit, call Community Development at (520) 417-4413.

Plans must be submitted as a complete set in a single PDF file. We must be able to edit plans, so please make sure ALL security is turned off and there are no passwords on the file. Do not flatten plans. Any individual documents submitted will not be accepted as part of your submittal if they are not part of a complete set of plans. If you have a large-format plan set, please email the planning department for a link to a cloud folder to upload your plans.
