The City of Sierra Vista, in partnership with the Neighborhoods Commission, will host a meeting featuring a new Bella Vista Neighborhood Sector interactive map for residents.
Residents of the Bella Vista Neighborhood are invited to join City staff and the commission on Monday, March 30, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Sierra Vista Public Library to explore the map, which features important information on the neighborhood sector. The meeting is part of an initiative to create a new interactive GIS map each year on a different sector of the City, and to engage residents for feedback on their neighborhoods.
Map elements and meeting topics include neighborhoods and community demographics; accessibility and transit; crime; drainage, erosion, and flood hazards; economic development; education; lighting; placemaking; public parks and amenities; transportation safety; area capital improvements (Fiscal Year 2026); and the online public request map.
The Bella Vista Neighborhood Sector encompasses the area north of Fry Boulevard from 7th Street to Highway 90 but also includes portions east and northeast of the bypass. Please see the attached map for more information.
Community development staff, engineers, and commissions will be available to discuss the map elements, answer resident questions, and listen to resident suggestions. Light refreshments will be available while supplies last. For more information, residents can call (520) 417-4413 or email Planning@SierraVistaAZ.gov.
