The Sierra Vista Public Library provides free access to information, programs, and services for all community members. At the library, you’ll find a vast collection of materials for youth and adults, including movies, video games, eBooks, eMagazines, and even bicycles!

To sign up for a free library card, please bring in your photo ID that has your current Cochise County address on it. If your ID isn't updated yet, just bring in a piece of mail that has your name and address along with your ID.

Funds raised at the Little Library Bookstore and proceeds from the sale of books at the Friends Bookstore benefit the Sierra Vista Public Library.

Prehistoric Terrariums

Travel back in time and build your own prehistoric world! Use real plants, moss, rocks, and miniature dinosaurs and fossils to create a living terrarium straight out of the age of giants. Whether you make a lush dino habitat or an ancient excavation site, this hands-on craft is perfect for teens who love history, nature, and a little Jurassic flair. This program is for teens ages 12-18. REGISTRATION REQUIRED. Register at webtrac.sierravistaaz.gov.
