Creator of the characters Captain Underpants, Dog Man, Cat Kid, and Ricky Ricotta, Pilkey remains one of the most popular children’s authors around. To celebrate his special day we’ll make crafts, play games, and create our own comics. This program is for youth ages 5 and up.
