Celebrate Black History Month and Black Diversity with speaker Charles Hancock, Retired Army Sergeant Major. He will be speaking on "The African-American in Times of War: Revolutionary War to the current War on Terror." Mr. Hancock is President of the Buffalo Soldiers, Arbitrator for Cochise County, and a member of the Cochise County Foster Care Review Board. RSVP strongly encouraged.
