Sierra Vista, AZ.  06/30/16.  The Sierra Vista Police Department arrested a 76-year-old Huachuca City man on five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor today.

The arrest stems from a report made by employees at the Sierra Vista campus of Cochise College, who contacted police on Monday. The employees said a patron was using a computer in the college library to look at images of what they described as naked children.

Sierra Vista Police Department detectives discovered Clair Iverson was the person using the computer and that he was doing so as a citizen guest, not as a student. A search warrant was obtained to search the contents of the computer and detectives retrieved images created on the hard drive matching the timeframe when Iverson was using it. The images were sexually explicit and depicted numerous children and adults.

Detectives met Iverson near his residence today and placed him under arrest. Iverson was later transported to Cochise County Jail for further processing.
