Each Sunday morning, the Sierra Vista Environmental Operations Park (EOP) is open for bird walks. Local docents from Southeastern Arizona Bird Observatory, Huachuca Audubon Society, and the Friends of the San Pedro river lead these walks. Since participation is limited, these walks are a first come, first served basis. The EOP is located  between mileage markers 324 and 325 on the north side of the highway. The “yarn babes” have combined knitting and crocheting into one class. Come on down and join the fun! For knitting, please bring plastic or bamboo knitting needles, size 10.
