Cruz Jujutsu is a derivative of Japanese Jujutsu developed about 75 years ago by Professor Fering Cruz of the Philippines. Developed for practical use, it encompasses throws, locks, strikes, escapes, and constriction techniques. Practice, free-form or structured, is partner based.
