Cruz Jujutsu is a derivative of Japanese Jujutsu developed about 75 years ago by Professor Fering Cruz of the Phillipines. Developed for a practical use, it encompasses throws, lock, strikes, escapes, and constriction techniques. Practice, free-form or structured, is partner based.
