Walking is a great activity for all ages and fitness levels, and this new walking program will help you learn to feel the benefits. The 30-50 minute walks will incorporate a looping technique to keep the group together on multi-use paths. As speedy walkers get ahead, a whistle tells walkers to loop and regroup. The atmosphere is supportive, non-competitive and fun! Ages 16 and above Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and strollers are ok.
Various locations in town to include Tompkins Park, Veterans Park, and various multi use paths. First meeting will be at Tompkins Park.
