More than fifty vendors offer a large variety of locally raised meats including all natural beef, goat, lamb, chicken, pork, emu and yak. Farm fresh eggs and seasonal fruits, vegetables and nuts are available, as well as baked goods, honeys, jams, salsas, tortillas, locally roasted coffees, knife sharpening and more. Live music and food trucks add to the festive atmosphere every Thursday.
