After a brief water-walking workout, let the warm water relax your tense muscles as you work your joints to increase their range of motion and strength. Be prepared for improvements in balance, strength, and energy levels in a warm and relaxing environment. This is a gentle approach for first-time water exercisers or those who may be recovering from health issues, injury, or surgery. Come feel the benefits of improved health and fitness. Workout time will be split approximately as follows: Beach area for 20-25 minutes and warming pool for 20-25 minutes.
