Vista 2030

The State of Arizona requires all incorporated communities to prepare a general plan every ten years, present it to voters, and gain approval. Sierra Vista’s most current general plan was developed with hundreds of citizen comments gathered over a two-year period. Called Vista 2030, this general plan will guide City Council in decision-making over the next decade. Click the link below to read the entire document.
